Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
RENTALS - A 3-day minimum stay is required from mid-May to Labour Day and in the Christmas season. A 2-day minimum stay is required for all other dates.
50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid on the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up until 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $98 cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days, no refunds
Security Deposit: A $500.00 security deposit is required. Your credit card will be pre-authorized on the day of arrival (but your card will not be charged immediately). The preauthorized security deposit will be released within 7 days of your departure date, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. Additional costs will apply if the cost of repairs exceeds the security deposit.
EARLY DEPARTURE for any rental- unused nights are non-refundable
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions), the host may offer a credit or refund at their discretion.
Kayaks and 2 adult bicycles area available for your use: a waiver (available upon arrival) is required for all kayak and bike use.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans is highly recommended.
