SUMMER DAILY RENTALS   $215/day - 3 day minimum.  50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid on the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:  Summer daily rentals cancellation made:

• Up until 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $98 cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days, no refunds

Security Deposit:  A $500.00 security deposit is required. Your credit card will be pre-authorized on the day of arrival (but your card will not be charged immediately). The preauthorized security deposit will be released within 5 days of your departure date, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. Additional costs will apply if the cost of repairs exceeds the security deposit.

MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS – $3400.00/month. $1,700 security/damage deposit is due at the time of reservation. The first month’s rent is due 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Subsequent monthly rent is due on the first day of each month.

Cancellation Policy: Monthly rentals cancellation made:

• Up until 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $238 cancellation fee.
• Between 31 days and 44 days prior to arrival a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $510 cancellation fee.
• Within 30 days, no refunds

EARLY DEPARTURE for any rental- unused nights are non-refundable

FORCE MAJEURE:   In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions), the host may offer a credit or refund at their discretion.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:   Purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans is highly recommended.
