WEEKLY to October 31 - $200/day, minimum of 3 days. 50% deposit** required with booking.
MONTHLY WINTER RATES commencing Fall of 2026 - November 1- April 30 $3,400.00/ month. References and a $1,700 security/damage deposit** is required. A 10% monthly discount applies to monthly rentals in excess of 2 consecutive months.**See full details of Cancellation Policy in Notes below.
