SUMMER WEEKLY RENTALS - May to October

$1,400.00 per week. 50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid on the arrival date.

A $500.00 security deposit is required. We will pre-authorize your credit card (the amount will be pre-authorized, but your card will not be charged immediately). The preauthorized security deposit will be released within 3 days of your departure date, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. If the cost of repairs exceeds the security deposit, the credit card on file will be billed.

Cancellation Policy: Weekly rentals cancellation made:

• Up until 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $98 cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days, no refunds

Early departure for any rental- unused nights are non-refundable

Security Deposit: A pre-authorization of $500 is required upon arrival and voided on 3 days after departure, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. If the cost of repairs exceeds the security deposit, the credit card on file will be billed.

MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS - November to April

$3,400.00 per month. A $1,700 security/damage deposit is due at the time of reservation. The first month’s rent is due 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Subsequent monthly rent is due on the first day of each month.

Cancellations-

• Up until 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $238 cancellation fee.
• Between 31 days and 44 days prior to arrival a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $510 cancellation fee.
• Within 30 days, no refunds

Early departure for any rental- unused nights are non-refundable

Security Deposit: We will inspect the unit with you immediately prior to your departure.  The security deposit will be returned within 5 days of your departure date, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. 

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions), the host may offer a credit or refund at their discretion.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans.
