Rates 

A 10% discount will be automatically applied for stays of 14 - 20 days and a 25% discount will be automatically applied for stays of 21 days or greater

Cancellation Policy: Weekly rentals cancellation made:

• Up until 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit with the exception of a $98 cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days, no refunds

Early departure for any rental- unused nights are non-refundable

A 3-day minimum stay is required from mid-May to Labour Day and in the Christmas season. A 2-day minimum stay is required for all other dates.

Security Deposit: A pre-authorization of $500 is required upon arrival and voided on 3 days after departure, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. If the cost of repairs exceeds the security deposit, the credit card on file will be billed.
